Hydration

Yes, we always have water ​available for our pups, but it’s ​important that they have had ​water before their appointment

In order to get a haircut, one of our groomers ​must first professionally wash and dry your ​pup for the quality of our grooms and the ​integrity of our tools, no acceptions.

Whats the difference?

Both of these services start with a bubble bath that cleans your ​pup’s coat and skin. This also includes ears, nails, and teeth

A Hygienic Trim includes the bum ​feathers, paw pads, tail, and ​undercarriage. Certain breeds may ​need it. We call this a Tidy Trim

A Haircut offers a full-​body haircut for breeds ​with “human hair” such as ​Golden Doodles

We only have one singular tub, and we do not have room to board pets. Offering ​this service means we are not able to hold your pets before and after their grooming ​appointments. You will be charged a fee if you are late for drop off / pick up.

We have a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Unfortunately, we are unable ​to accommodate you due to our lack of space. PLEASE CALL if you are running ​behind to ensure we can take you. If you show up late, you may be turned away due ​to our next booking depending on how late you are.

We have zero tolerance for No-Shows. We are a small business trying to get off the ​ground. You MUST call at least 12 HOURS to reschedule or cancel or your card will ​be charged the full amount of your groom. You can make a new appointment but ​will not be refunded for a no-call/no-show. Thank you for respecting our time.

We require a 50% deposit to be paid when booking that is nonrefundable! We have ​had multiple no-shows and last-minute cancelations. You can reschedule your ​appointment as long as you reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment. Please ​know that spaces are full and someone else would have loved your grooming space.

Although we have a grooming menu with pricing, it is subject to change depending ​on the needs of your pup. We can quote you as closely as possible, but there are ​things we may not see before the groom such as de-matting, de-shedding, staining, ​nail trim sensitivity, grooming sensitivity, and more. We want to offer you the BEST ​service possible and make the grooming experience as comfortable as possible. The ​extra charges ensure we can take those steps.

We will NOT force your dog to do things they do not want to do. Dogs who have not ​been desensitized to a groomer are a liability to themselves and our groomers. We ​accommodate as much as possible and do everything we can to get the job done, ​but our groomers will decide if the dog is capable of being groomed. We may ​suggest taking your pup to a vet if it needs to be under sedation to be groomed. We ​want what is best for your pet, and their safety AND mental health are our number ​one priority. This goes for aggressive dogs as well.

Pro Tip!

• If you have a nervous dog, consider coming in for a self-wash to help ​them feel comfortable at Ollie’s while you are there for them.
• If you have a puppy the more you wash them within the first 6 months ​the better they will be at the groomer! Come every 6 weeks, especially if ​they are Doodles/Poodles or other breeds that need their hair cut
  

We do a full body examination of your dog before each groom begins. We cannot ​perform a groom with an injured or bleeding pet. Ollie’s Mountain Pet Supply & Wash ​will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur during the grooming ​process. Accidents happen, this is why we obtain the right to turn down clients whose ​pets are aggressive or unable to be groomed SAFELY.
